Job Description: As an Inside Sales Specialist at EarthFokus, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and promoting our innovative water-saving solutions. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. Your goal will be to set up product demos and convert leads into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our water-saving products. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for the field sales team. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong relationship to ensure a smooth sales process. Collaborate with the field sales, survey and engineering teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets. A strong sustainability mindset and passion for promoting eco-friendly solutions. Ability to understand technical aspects of the products and explain them to customers in a simple and effective manner." Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred. Why Join Us?
